Kevin & Griffin are the two pigs that started it all!! We originally helped to foster their entire litter of 10 piglets through another rescue group when they were only 2 months old. A farm in Davie, FL had an unexpected litter of piglets that they did not have the space/fencing in order to maintain. The piglets were all running loose in the streets; prey for coyotes and the potential of being hit by cars, or picked up by strangers. It took a group of dedicated volunteers 3+ hours to catch all of the piglets in order to bring them to safety. After ~1.5 years of fostering with no luck in being successfully adopted, Kevin & Griffin- the two last remaining foster pigs, were then dropped from their original rescue program to fend for themselves. Seeing how little resources there were in the community for pig advocacy sparked the passion in us to create a world where pigs (& lots of other farmed/livestock animals, too!) could be truly safe from harm.

Kevin & Griffin are both neutered, up to date on all vaccines/deworming, and will live out the rest/BEST of their lives here with us at Love Life Animal Rescue & Sanctuary!
