Muneco was born on a 6,800+ acre cattle farm up in Frostproof, FL. During routine roundups to vaccinate and mark cattle for slaughter, the cowboys discovered 3-5 week old Muneco nursing from his moms dead body. The cowboys intended to tie this orphaned calf to a tree to deter neighboring coyotes from the rest of the herd... but THANKFULLY sweet young Muneco found his way to US instead, Mother's Day 2021!

Muneco is completely blind, and lost his eyesight due to a brain infection from malnourishment when he was just a tiny baby. He was raised here at the sanctuary since he was ~3-5 weeks old, and he now relies 100% on his sense of sound & smell to help him navigate the fields.

Muneco's BEST FRIENDS are Miniature Zebu duo Sweetie & Sugar!! Often times you'll see Muneco glued to their side to help him find his way, or mooing for his girls uncontrollably until they come to find him!

Muneco is neutered, up to date on all vaccines/deworming, and will live out the entirety of life here at Love Life Animal Rescue & Sanctuary!
